[General] Mass buff spell?

I wonder if there is some instant no-target spell that on cast will put a buff on units in AoE aroudn the casting unit,or, if there is not, what would be the closest way to do this, because I want to use as less as possible triggering.

It all depends which effect you are trying to apply. For example, you can apply Slow with Thunder Clap but not Fairy Fire with Thunder Clap.

The most sure way to do this is to use the "Channel" skill, set it to Visible and Disable Other Abilities to false, the time fields to 0.01, and then use dummy units. For a dummy unit, make an unseeable unit with locust that casts the ability and then is removed for everyone within x AoE.

But depending on what skill you are making, its possible there's a shortcut.
