Maps got deleted

EVERY SiNGLE ONE OF MY MAPS DISSAPEARED!!! INCLUDING BLIZZARD ONES!!! NOOOOO!!!

Search your hard drive for files named: .w3m .w3n and .w3x

If you don't find any, then the files have been deleted from your hard drive.

Some1 change your war3 system's read path??

So it will read not the normal path (for me: C/programfile/blizzard/war3/maps) but read others path?? Or the maps folder deleted??

This happened to me, a while ago. I got a virus that deleted a majority of the files and programs on my computer, and completely cleaned out my Wc3 folder. This was significantly damaging to me, since I had all of the very first Wc3 RoC maps, which it seems nobody else has.

I found out that several files and programs were simply 'hidden.' This may be what happened to you.

This is also why it's a good idea to upload all your maps to sites like Rapidshare.

I had this happen, all the default maps as well as custom maps were deleted. Eventually I got mad and just reinstalled WC and it brought back the default maps. Then I just downloaded the custom maps off websites like epicwar.com
