Making PayPal without money coming

I want to make payPal ID but:

-I don't know where to make it
-I don't have any work, I said somewhere before if I only 14
-I don't have my parent's credit number

But I have 5,000 dolars in my pocket because my family is kinda a little rich one, how can I make it?? I don't want if my only resources from editing was blocked as the same as wc3search...

Simply visit www.paypal.com and register for an account.
Because u are 14 years old, u should not be able to register (u can, but this should be illegal).
In order to donate to the hive, ask your parents to register for you and donate for the hive.
There is also a little button of paypal added here on the site,
on the left side from your name.
Another option to submit money is via the bank, which is what I am doing also.

Damn... I must wait until I old enough or I have my own back account, I bet my parent will not want to pay even I kill my self...

They must be say 'I don't want to waste my money for thing like that' because my parents don't know how beautiful is art of war3 map making...

You might try to read the rules on paypal.com and try to submit money with your own credit card (if u have one, and a supported one).
Mostly they won't make problems of it if your not 18 yet, but doing this is at your own risk.
