Make buff apear on units hit by shockwave skill

How would you make it so if i hit a unit with shockwave they would get a buff placed on them such as a slow or revealing effect?

You have to trigger shockwave for it/ There has to be dummy unit, click here for an egzample. When you pick units that you gonna damage, run your actions that add slow to targets. You can use my system for that job, its great for timing any ability.
