Here we have some info and a few screenshots to show you some of the boss fights in The Legend of Zelda: The Fallen Sage. There are no fog effects yet (working on em), and yes... Link is wearing footman armor and he WILL wear footman armor for the first hour 1/2 of the game (if this discourages you dont worry he changes armor quite a bit later in the game)
-The first few pictures is the mini-boss in the first dungeon known as the Wind Gekko. This murloc-based monster will create tornados which Link must dodge before he gets sucked into them. After running out of energy, the mini-boss will chrage at Link and try to hack away at him.
-The second pictures is the dungeon's 1st boss, the demon Palagard. This boss is relitively easy to beat, but timing can make it a cakewalk. The boss will shoot electricity into three energy generators which in turn will hurl lightning bolts at random places around the room. Link must dodge these, and wait for the generators to move across the room where he can toss his enrgy boomerang (a new item) and damage them. After the generators are destroyed they will backfire and kill the boss.
-The last set of pics is the boss of the second dungeon, Gyorg-Telarmus. This fight is set underwater (yes underwater....and it was a huge pain to trigger it all...) Anyway... Link will gain a set of armor that allows him to breath underwater and walk on the surface (similar to the zora tunic and iron boots). Link will have to time it so that when Gyorg-Telarmus charges Link, it will miss the attack and the boss will ram into the wall, damaging itself. The boss will charge from different angles, so the player will have to time it just right because Link moves very slowly underwater.
