Looking for a skinner and a moddler.

My project is in development, so i need a crew to help me.

First is tha skinner:
- I need a few terrain textures that simulate the real ones. (SIMULATE NOT COPIED!)
- And I need a new UI that looks like a modern war one.
- Some icons for predestinated units(modern war).
Second is tha moddler:
- I need a model of a soldier (modern war rifle man).
- I need some buildings.

I hope someone can help me.

I might be able to do the soldier if you have reference pics and a file converter.

and a unit without model only with the soldier portrait.
