Don't doublepost, use the edit button. Bottom right corner of your post.
Get Magos Model Editor, if I am right that makes you a loading screen from any pic by a single click.
Go to the tutorials section and read a tutoraial on how to import the loading screen.
Enjoy.

I just tried it and my comp wont save the loading screen as an mdx like the thing said i should.

Then download the editor, make sure it's the newest version and make sure you do everything as it says.
You could also follow tutorials how to make loading screens manually with image editors but creating them in Magos Editor is much easier so I guess the manual method would trouble you more.

Nope. Everyone can make a loading screen simply by downloading a tool or reading a manual. Making it with the tool takes no more than 2 minutes with download and install. Reading a tut and making it yourself should take no more than 15 minutes, so posting requests on the boards about this is unnecessary.
