I am not sure what the issue is, but maybe the .dds exporter I used is bugged. I tried different one, so perhaps icon will now appear properly.

That fixed it for me! Thanks man!
I noticed with .DDS we can see the icon before it's even imported. Where as before you replaced it, it only showed a white paper icon. With .DLP we only get to see that white paper icon until it's imported and pathed properly. Cheers!
