Personally I make models using a combination of 3dsm and 3rd party tools. I've never tried to make a model with a book.

I'm not sure books can make models
I mean, they seem to lack the right add-ons and all.
But seriously, this is getting awfully close to a request. Best you mention NONE of this again, or else this is getting the classic warn and move
