Seems like a simple blue tint modification of the base footman. Sad because it's always nice to have footmen variations.

Legionaries are versatile infantry and the backbone military unit of the Republic armed forces, they represent the pride and glory of the Republic forces.
Change log on 05/09/20 - Added Paladin's Pauldrons, Assassin's spear basket and dagger for Roman Legionary-like appearance.
Change Log on 06/17/20 - Improved with some attachments to prevent any attachment disappearance.

I like it. i don't know why but i feel like it has a certain commanding feel to it. that or it reminds me of the Anduin Lothar armor from the Warcraft movie which looked like blue and gold
