Let's fight!

"Guild of Defenders" requires your help! Their eternal enemy, the "Attackers Inc." significantly intensified his attacks!
Tons of evil creatures wants to destroy Guild's castle.
Take control over one out of ten unique heroes, and protect the castle from Attackers!

Each player takes control over one hero, and should protect friendly Castle from waves of enemies.
Heroes was created especially for this map. They are fully scripted; Have unique abilites and game mechanics. All hero skills is scaled from it's stats.
After killing specific number of enemies special Boss will be summoned, that would try to defeat your team and your Castle.
Currently map has the ten levels and a ten bosses.
Killed enemies have a chance to drop treasure loot, that contains one item and some gold. Quality of item and gold amount is depend from current level. Game has a bunch items to drop. Killed bosses everytime drops several treasures.
Items can be reforged using your "Magic Anvil" building. Four items with the same quality can be reforged into one item with greater quality.
All heroes have special
legendary and artifact items, that someway change hero abilities, improving them. You can craft this items using reforge.

Charge - Charge to an enemy, stunning it for 1 sec, and dealing damage to all enemies around
Heroic Leap - Leap through the air toward a targeted location, slamming down with destructive force to deal physical damage to all enemies within 300 range
Whirlwind - Hero attacks all enemy units around within 350 range
Dance of Death - Hero jumps over the target, doing lightning-fast attacks, dealing physical damage. If the target dies, hero jums over a closest enemy, until he deals up to 9 attacks
Burning Blade- Hero draws a shaman's rune on his sword, making it burn. During this effect, hero's autoattacks will deal additional fire damage to all enemies around main target
Ingore pain - Taking damage during this effect will heal you for 5% of maximum health

Death Grip - Harness the unholy energy that surrounds and binds all matter, stunning the target and drawing it toward the Death Knight and damaging the enemy
Virulent Plague - Hero emits the cloud of Plague, each second dealing magical damage to all enemies around
Death Strike - Focuses dark power into a strike that deals
physical damage and heals you for 10% + 3% per each affected enemy

Immortality - When hero dies, he will be resurrected after short delay
Army of the Dead- Killing enemies will summon a legion of Ghouls who will fight for you for 20 sec, swarming the area, fighting anything they can
Breath of Sindragosa - Deals magic damage and slows enemies for 6 seconds

Holy Shock - Triggers a burst of Light on the target, dealing Holy damage to an enemy, or healing to an ally
Divine Storm - Unleashes a whirl of divine energy, dealing Holy damage to all nearby enemies
Judgement - Judges the target, deals damage and causing them to take 125% increased damage from your abilites for 8 sec
Divine Shield - Using Divine Shield, hero becomes immune to all incoming damage

War Superiority - Order your archers to attack targeted position, dealing instant damage to all enemies in range. Each enemy in range increases the total damage by 8%
Big Tournament - Hero announces the Tournament. Friendly heroes and units inside it's radius will have increased damage from autoattacks. Any kills during the Tournament will heal for of the missing health

Stormstrike - Energizes your weapon with lightning and delivers a massive blow to your target, dealing lightning damage to the main target and all nearby enemies within . Whenever you or your minions deal any damage, you have a 10% chance to reset cooldown of this ability
Liquid magma Totem - Summons a totem at the target location, that hurls liquid magma at a random nearby target every 1 sec, dealing fire damage to all enemies within 300 range
Sundering - Shatters a line of earth in front of you with your main hand weapon, causing flamestrike damage any enemy hit, and gaining "Windfury" effect
Riptide - Dealing damage with your abilities may trigger "Riptide" effect, that heals the most damaged closest allied target, including your hero
Spirit Wolves- Summon two Spirit Wolves, that attack your enemies. Each wolf deals massive single-target damage
Elemental Overload - After channeling for 2 seconds, the elemental energy begins to explode randomly in a large area around the hero, causing huge damage to all enemies

Poisonous Potion - In the targeted direction, throws a flask with deadly posion. It breaks when hit any enemy, or after 2 sec., and spreads poisonus fog
Shadow Strike - Strike through the shadows, dealing physical damage to your target, and instantly moves you behind his back
Tricky evasion - Using abilites makes you avoide all incoming attacks

Withering Shot - Hero shoots five arrows, dealing damage to the first target on the way

Channel Demonfire - Launches 16 bolts of felfire over 4 sec at random targets within 900 range. Each bolt deals fire damage to the target
Harvest Life - Drain life from target and all enemies around it, damaging them and healing yourself by 6% + 1.5 per target each second. If hero has full health, drained life will heal your active demons instead
Portal: Argus - Summon a supreme demon through Twisting Nether to serve you. Each demon has it's own abilities
Soul Link - Percent of all damage you take is redirected to your demon pets
Shadowfury- Shadowfury is unleashed, causing Shadow damage and stunning all enemies within Area of Effect for 3 sec

Max Breaker, Engineer-Experimentalist
Orbital Laser - After short delay, an orbital laser damages targeted area, dealing massive magic damage to all enemies
Taunt Mines - In the targeted direction, creates a pack of mines. They can be attacked by the enemies. Mine explodes after death, dealing damage to all minions around. Mines can be detonated manually
Big Bang Rocket - When you or any your controlled minions being attacked, have a chance to spawn big rocket. Rocket moves into attacking minion direction and explodes when collide with any enemy, dealing damage in AoE
Turret's mode - Hero transforms yourself into a stationary turret. While in turret's mode, hero can't move, starts attacking from range, and his abilities are modified
Nuclear Missile- Launches a nuclear Missile at the specified point. Upon landing, the missile triggers massive explosion, damaging all affected enemies
Sentry Turret - Summon a Sentry Turret, that attacks your enemies. Turret can be destroyed by enemies
Loot
All killed enemies have a chance to drop specific treasure.
Depending on current level, dropped treasure might contain random common, uncommon, rare and epic quality item, and some gold. This items improve hero's stats and might be used for reforge.

All players getting their personal bags with loot.
Reforge
Reforge is really important thing in this map. You need to use it if you want to finish full map, especially on harder difficulties.
Players have access to Magic Anvil, what can reforge items. Using anvil, you can refoge 4 items with same quality into one item with greater quality. This is the way to recieve legendary and artifact items.
Reforge may also create additional item when used (only for epic and below qualities).
Legendary and Artifact items

Using reforge, players can create specific legendary and artifact items. These items are unique for each hero, except huge stat bonuses they also have some hero-abilities improvements. Each hero has four legendary and two artifact items.
Free-for-all PvP
Kiro Defenders v2.0 brings up brand new pvp content to the game: special arena zone, where you can fight any players who step into it. To enter arena, use teleport which stays near your castle.
Duels
With new pvp-mechanics, you now able to challenge other players to duel. To start the duel use command !duel X, where X is the number of wanted player.
Gladiator mode
Since now, player 1 chooses between two game modes: PvE-, and PvP-oriented. Both of them have optional pvping in arena, but Gladiator mode also adds special event, called “Tournament” ingame. It starts after each second boss was defeated. To win the tournament, you need to stay at the zone, earning points each second, and stop other players from earning points. Player with highest score wins the tournament and recieves special reward.

New hero: Dennah, the Demon Hunter
Dennah is agility hero. His design was inspired by WoW's demon hunter class. He is able to perform fast and quick attacks using physical and magical damage, agilely dash forwards, and transform himself to a powerfull demon.

8 Players mode

The number of maximum players was doubled. Now you can play Kiro Defenders with up to 7 friends!
Free-for-all PvP

Many changes were made to heroes, including rebalance, new mechanics and bugfixes.
Also, Whart and Hazabell have been redesigned completely. They've lost some abilities, and gain some new ones. Check the big change log below.

Liquid magma Totem” no longer uses dummy units to attack;
Windfury” was removed. It’s effect now becomes part of the new ability:
New E ability: Sundering - Shatters a line of earth in front of you with your main hand weapon, causing flamestrike damage any enemy hit, and gaining "Windfury" effect.

Riptide” cooldown was reduced. It gain new effect;

Nuclear Missile” cast range was reduced from 2000 to 1000.
Hazabel, Eredar Warlock
Hero was significantly reworked:
Channel Demonfire” now lasts 3 seconds, down from 3. Now casts 15 bolts, down from 16. Cooldown was reduced.
Portal: Argus” summons now scale their stats from Hazabel’s stats. Some summons abilities were reworked and updated:
Inquisitor’s blink were updated to “Aggressive Blink” - now he can teleport only to enemies;
Jailer’s W ability was removed. New W ability, “ Tortured soul” - weaker version of Hazabel’s “Consume Soul”.
Reality Rift” was removed.
New R ability: Shadowfury - Shadowfury is unleashed, causing Shadow damage and stunning all enemies within 200 AoE for 3 sec;
Consume Soul” was removed.
New F ability: Demonic Calling - Your next "Portal: Argus" will summon three different demons. Demonic Calling lasts 30 sec.
Hazabel’s legendaries and artifacts were updated and reworked.


Other updates
Terrain

Terrain was changed from IceCrown to Barrens. Buildings and decorations was also updated to be horde-themed.
Readycheck
Now, before using Horn’s forced start, you need to confirm that you are ready, pressing ESC. You can force round to start only if all active players are prepared. Horn has special ability that shows who is not ready yet.
Movement abilities
Since now, all abilities that somehow moves your hero or other units, no longer can paths through cliffs (not affecting warrior heroic leap), and no longer interrupts units order list.
Tooltips
All hero and their abilitiy tooltips was updated, to be more cooler and informative.
Mob dynamic scale
All summoned units, for example Hazabel’s demons or Ada’s skeletons, now scale their stats dynamically. Their healthpool, armor, and attack values now based on summoner’s stats.
Optimization
Many old scripts were rewritten, to be more optimized. Almost the half of old abilities now uses custom effects instead of dummies. Fixed many minor and major bugs. Fixed all found leaks.
Difficulties
DOOMed enemies now have 25% increased max health.
Other
Added new achievement (Kill 100 players in arena);
Rejuvenation potions now can be bought with full inventory;
Multiboard now shows if player is in combat or not;
Multiboard size was reduced;
Heroes now distributed between three taverns;

New Difficulties:
Player 1 (Red) now able to choose game difficult. These difficulties are:
- Easy Mode (80% damage scale, 4.00 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain 3 Treasure Bags and Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning, achievements are disabled);
- Normal Mode (100% damage scale, 2.35 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain 3 Treasure Crates and Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning);
- Hard Mode (120% damage scale, 2.00 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning);
- DOOM Mode (160% damage scale, 1.50 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain nothing at the beginning, bosses drop two demonic steel ingots instead of one)
Balance Changes:
Map was literally unreal to win playing co-op, due to inadequate enemy health scale. Now it's fixed!
Enemy health scale decreased from 1.75 per player to 1.12 per player (Bosses still have 1.75 per player)
Max enemies amount rescaled from 35 per player to 40 for one + 20 per each other players
Enemies from first three waves have slightly decreased damage
Mechanic changes:
Added roulette (25% chance to get tripled money back)
You now can immediaetly start next round using special horn, instead of chat command
Removed trash-quality items

Added item stash near the anvil for each player
Anvil, stash, loot bags and flying sheep (courier) now have special abilities for manipulating items, such as drop all items to the ground, pick up specific item, give all items from inventory to your hero's inventory

4. Love the auto healing potion use. However later in the game, on higher levels, the enemy will kill you before the hero can autouse them. Might be because of stun that I did not notice? I was on stage 6 with the Footmen and stuff. Or might it be because there are some units with really heavy damage due to attack and/or spells?
5. Shouldn't the second boss' Rain of Fire cease after he/it dies?
6. Also love the Horadric Cube like Arcane Vault.
7. I'm not sure if so many spells should not cost any mana.
8. I think I've got two level 3 items from four level 2 items.
9. Why not make Ankhs stack too!?

Terrain - it is the first that i'll improve in future versions. Yeah, now it looks not so cool, i just was less focused on it when map was in progress.
You're right about rpg tag. I remove it.
The idea about 5 minutes before start is to give player a time to reforge items. Also, i am planning to add duels later, which will take place in that period.
About healing potion - yea, it might not work properly when you take massive damage, simply cause it uses easy script "hero health less than x -> heal it". As i know, there is no simple way to make hero "unkillable", without a massive triggers, so i left it as it is. Also, Healing Potion was conceived as early game item, to help heroes with no healing (or ineffective healing), and not as late item. (Cause later in game it heals very little).
Think rain of fire should stop when boss dies. I'll check it. Btw, boss mechanics will be redesigned seriously in future versions.
About mana, i'm not sure how to implement it interesting, i don't like when mana ends in middle of fight in maps with this kind of gameplay. I more like spamming skills. I thought to create a hero that uses mana as +% bonus to it's damage, this concept just did not live to this version.
Two level 3 items from four level 2 items. - thats intended, you have a chance to create additional item when reforging. It has 25% chance, and works with items that being rare and below quality (Map has a description for this - on Anvil reforge button).
Ankhs don't stack cause i wanted to make them risky item, that uses inventory slot, without giving any stats. Actually not sure about Ankhs, it is the candidate number 1 for removing in future versions.

Fan of Knives - Sprays six knives at all targets within 475 range, dealing physical damage to first enemies on the way
Poisonous Potion - In the targeted direction, throws a flask with deadly posion. It breaks when hit any enemy, or after 2 sec., and spreads poisonus fog
Shadow Strike - Strike through the shadows, dealing physical damage to your target, and instantly moves you behind his back
Tricky evasion - Using abilites makes you avoide all incoming attacks
Nightblade - Instantly blinks to the point, dealing shadow damage to all enemies between you and that point
Deadly Poison - Coats your weapons with a Lethal Poison. Each Shadow Strike and autoattck has a chance to instantly deal poison damage

Really nice work. I like this map. Fast and quick battles, which scale really well. Great item system which feels so good and rewarding.
"Unstoppable action. No cutscenes. Pure gameplay." is what you promised, and I would say you did deliver.
However, there are always some parts that are improveable, some more, some less and a map can always take some polishing!

1. The hotkey for the Rogues 'E' Spell is not working.
2. Units only come from the top wave. If it is like that because I was playing alone it's fine. However, it feels a bit weird that the boss comes from the middle, but maybe that is just me.
3. Maybe give the players 1-3 common boxes in the beginning? Feels a bit empty the first round without having anything.
4. An idea that I had in mind for Mana: Make every hero have 100 mana from the beginning. The mana stays at 100 for the whole game except in some items it gets boosted by +20 or something like that, depending on the rarity. The mana refreshes REALLY fast, like 10 points per second (possibly higher on INT heroes) and the skill costs are not that high, around 10-20. Like this you would still keep your fast enjoyable gameplay, but would also some more indept tactics and gameplay. Players would have to choose more what to use in certain fights. Of course you would need to change the balancing according to this, because the heroes would be weaker by probably quite a bit. I would be happy to see this idea, but it is up to you.
5. I feel like the gems you can put in to item upgrading are too strong, even though they already cost 5000. They are so insanely good in the higher tiers.
6. You can still get multiple epic items at once, even though it is said that it only goes up to rare items.
7. I would prefer some ingame button, maybe at the castle or a seperate building to start the round faster. For me it was fine that you have 5 minutes time, but I dislike these chat command things. This is of course just personal preferance.
8. Please code an AI for this map. I think it is doable even though your abilities and the gameplay are somewhat advanced. This would fit your map really well.
9. The terrain. I do not have to say anything more to this because you and deepstrasz already said everything about this. But this is still important, and would definitely upgrade your map from a 4 stars map to a 5 stars map.
10. More heroes. Take your time with them, but I'm very eager to see new classes and styles. You're doing really great on the ones we're having right now. Hope to see more in future.

I'm very happy that you liked map! Here is my answers:

1. It works fine for me, just tested it (using 1.28). There is also proper "E" hotkey in editor.
2. Yes, units come from top cause you have played solo. Top wave is used by 1 and 2 players, right wave - 3 and 4 players.
3. Thats a good idea, i think i'll add multiple difficulties in future, and boxes in the start will be a part of it.
4. Sounds cool, for hero-style of gameplay like WoW demon hunter.
5. Probably they are too strong when playing solo, i think ingots should be less powerful in multiplayer. I like when player at 9 stage has all six slots filled. Actually, haven't tested this map with multiple players.
6. That's ok, probably i was wrong with the translation. "Reforging items with rare or less quality have a chance to create additional item" - it says now, meant that four rare items also can create additional epic item.
7. Yea, i'll create button or something in future.
8. That might be very hard for me, but i'll try. AI is a cool thing since i'm also playing solo most time.
9. I updated terrain in 1.1, doesn't it looks nicer? I'm not sure how to improve terrain even better.
10. Creating custom heroes is my favorite part of the editing.So i'll definitely create them more in future versions.

New big update came out! Added new hero, seriously updated some game mechanics, fixed many major and minor bugs, and many more! Now map should be fully playable online :D

Time Bomb - Places a time bomb at the targeted point. It explodes after 3 sec, dealing massive damage to all enemies around
Grenade Launcher - Launch a bouncing grenade that explodes at the end of its path or upon hitting an enemy, dealing damage to nearby enemies
Flak Cannon - Hero takes aim on enemy, making multiple shots from his weapon. Each shot deal damage upon hit
Summon Warboss - Summon a massive siege machine, that helps you in a fight. Warboss has it's own abilities. It can be used as a transport for your hero
Iron Star- Creates an Iron Start at the position. Iron Star moves forward, damaging all enemies around it
Goblin Swill - Instantly heals friendly unit, restoring it up to 30% of maximum health

New Difficulties:
Player 1 (Red) now able to choose game difficult. These difficulties are:
- Easy Mode (80% damage scale, 4.00 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain 3 Treasure Bags and Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning, achievements are disabled);
- Normal Mode (100% damage scale, 2.35 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain 3 Treasure Crates and Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning);
- Hard Mode (120% damage scale, 2.00 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain Rejuvenation Potion at the beginning);
- DOOM Mode (160% damage scale, 1.50 sec enemy spawn interval, player gain nothing at the beginning, bosses drop two demonic steel ingots instead of one)
Balance Changes:
Map was literally unreal to win playing co-op, due to inadequate enemy health scale. Now it's fixed!
Enemy health scale decreased from 1.75 per player to 1.12 per player (Bosses still have 1.75 per player)
Max enemies amount rescaled from 35 per player to 40 for one + 20 per each other players
Enemies from first three waves have slightly decreased damage

Mechanic changes:
Added roulette (25% chance to get tripled money back)
You now can immediaetly start next round using special horn, instead of chat command
Removed trash-quality items
Slightly updated terrain
Added item stash near the anvil for each player
Anvil, stash, loot bags and flying sheep (courier) now have special abilities for manipulating items, such as drop all items to the ground, pick up specific item, give all items from inventory to your hero's inventory
Added few common-epic quality items
Uncommon, rare and epic items get increased prices (you will get more gold for selling them)
Treasure prices now equal to item prices that are inside
Respawn timer windows now should properly disappear when timer ends
Clan multiboard now shows only active players

Heroes changes:
Heroes now gain 25 hp per one strength point, up from 20
Radrick, Max, Hazabel, Adabellen movement speed increased to 305
Hazabel's Channel Demonfire bolts now will find another target instead of dissapearing, if the previous target dies
Hazabel's Reality Rift damage increased by 50%
Whart's Riptide healing increased by 100%, cooldown is reduced
Whart's spell descriptions was updated
Whart's Elder Planetheart redesigned: now spawns mug golems when attack with windfury
Whart's Concentraded Lava redesigned: now increases the radius of Liquid magma Totem attacks
Fixed Whart Windfury wasnt properly scaled
Delilah's Tricky Evasion should no longer proc from items
Radrick's Divine Storm damage increased by ~20%

DOOM-mode now has extra level (11 instead of 10)
Updated terrain, added decorations
Many undocumented gameplay and hero changes
Some optimisation-related changes
This version was developed for 1.28 warcraft version, but well playable on the last patch. Updated terrain, added some new mechanics such as DPS-meter, added one new hero of course!
If you like my map, let me know. This would motivate me to create new versions. Feedback is greatly welcome.

I love it. Amazing heroes, fun gameplay. But please remove mana from them if there are no need for mana to cast spells.

Yo i just made account just to review this map my friend suggested me. and boi i'd say this is the BEST map i have every played on warcraft so far.

I played 3 match straight just because i wanted to test every hero. It took me 3h but i enjoyed fully.

Im really speechless :DD, and since i want this map to be even better here is some of my suggestions.

Flaws(dont know the correct word ;d) i personally felt
1. Boss spawning from middle is kinda "hmmmm" to me. Would be nice if they just come from the side lanes.
2. Same ingot for Common and Legendary items was kinda "egh". So i sugggest maybe Ingot for every Quality items. Goes like 1000 gold for Common, 2000 gold for Uncommon e.t.c
3.Middle Portal was kinda give me "im not sure why this thing here" even tho i know how it works.
4.Choosing the Diffuculity from the tavern was kinda confusing when i started my first match.
Suggestion - Maybe pop up window that asks the difficulty.
5. Position and Picture of "Give items to your hero" and "Take Item" skills.
Suggestion - Move them 1 line up.
6.I kinda used sheep a lot
7. When i played in Hard mode. I was already capped at 8 level with 4 legendary and 2 artifact. and really felt the item drops were kinda meh. Would be more fun to put some late game stuffs. or maybe could use some tome stores ;d
8.Maybe need some Easter eggs or Secret weapons.(personal perf)
8. and ofc the map needs little rework.
9. Not sure why the name was Kira defender. And the map Picture was kinda odd.
10. You cant buy more flasks if you dont have free slot. You have to make 1 free space to add more flasks to your current flasks.

Comments on previous suggestions
1. Dont limit the skills pls. Unlimited usage of skills without having to worry about mana is half the fun for me.
2. 5m Timer is fine. Sometimes it took me even more than 5 minute tbh. :)

And lastly i'd like to address some cool features i saw.
1. The Q,W,E,R,C Hotkeys. I really like them this way holy shit.
2. really liked the sheep even tho its normal thing.
3.Unique Heros and their skills animations. Really gave me the WoW vibe man thanks.
4.Unlimited mana thats for sure.
5. Common->Uncommon->Rare->Epic mechanic.
6. How every hero has unique Legendary and Artifcat
7.Achievement.

Overall Really High Quality Map. Thanks for the map. I just really wanted to help the devs.

Thanks for the feedback! It is a great honor for me to see such reviews, even considering that i didn't release new updates last months. BUT, now i'm slowly working on the new version, which likely will include such cool feature as PVP! And some others too :cool:. Stay in a sight!

Player in red slot seems to be allied with the attackers for some reason.

Later in same game, I noticed that the enemy waves must've allied with the Guild Of Defenders, because they no longer targeted the main base or towers anymore, just allied teams heroes.

Firing the Dark Ranger's Banshee and then entering the pvp zone will cause it to bug out for the rest of the game, only allowing it to return her to the same spot at the Fortress.

You need i think 1.29 minimum to play this version. I used a lot new functions, thats why you can't play on 1.26.

I figured it out, it had to do with me hosting the map via Makemehost.com.
