jpg to blp

Hello again!
I'm having alot of trouble turning this jpg file into blp (don't know why!).Can any of you help me please, and make it into the minimap? - don't know the right bounderies either.

Have you tried BLP Lab to convert .jpg file into .blp? If you want to made it as Map Preview on front page, you need to convert it into .tga instead of .blp. (Except if you meant in-game mini-map)
