It says "Removed" so it most likely isn't on your computer. Try redownloading it and then trying. Also, you can try moving it to a different location, like desktop. Maybe it has something to do with permissions, idk.
Also, try installing from this instead:

Note that the archive is 7z so you need 7z file manager to unzip it.
