It was Bribe's idea to do something like that for Table, SpellEffectEvent, etc [so that the users don't need to import those most used libraries anymore] for his Lucky Parser but that project got stopped...
you could a bit via using the missile arc property but if you need more height control, nope... and you also cannot make it such that it will stop when it hits terrain or a unit and such... and it will always deal spell damage... and you will need one ability per projectile that you want...
