Item Tooltip Question

Hey Guys, can anyone tell me how to remove these two marked strings?
"Use with left-click". I want just the item name and the description.

Just go into Items, find your item, change the description to remove the second one. The first one should just be its name?

I am not sure about this, but isn't this a general setting? I mean this is for every activate item, meaning it's not for sure that it's something that you can change for one item only. I suspect it's in the game interface.
