Is there a way to reset the ability cool down of only one ability

perhaps. Unfortunately im not at a computer with the world editor on it. but i may be able to help. If there is an action in GUI that resets the cooldown of all abilities then maybe you can put the action in a trigger then convert it to jass. if you have the ability's ID code then you may be able to specify it within the function. (I'm new to jass and do not yet know all of the functions and their syntax yet. in fact i only know a few.)

well I just saw the code and I think It wont work unless there was a abiltyID parameter. But there wasn't.

Remove the ability from the unit and add it again. This even works for hero abilities, you just have to save the level before you remove, and set it again after you add the ability.
