Ir fan view or wc3 viewer

Hi, i downloaded the 2 but i cant seem to resize my picture with both of them. First with irfanview it worked but now it doesn't and im not sure what i did to make my minimap preview work. Second i dont evem know how to view Tga picture in wc3 viewer it says its a model/skin. If you can i need a picture thats 256x256 of Ironforge if you dont know what ironforge looks like ill send you the picture. but i prefer that you show me how to resize it on irfanview. K thx

I'm using ifran view and i think its much easier you should use it......and what isn't working?
