67chrome: That doesn't look like ice, it just looks like you modified the hue and saturation levels of the skin to make it appear blue, or manipulated the color in some other way. Skins need to be 75% freehand for me to approve them as well, and this skin is 0%. If you need help with creating skins, check out the skinning tutorials at this site, and practice with whatever art program you are using. A lot
