Independent omnilight model

I've been looking over ways to do lighting but I can't find any link to a model I can place and will act as a light source as a lantern, for example. Can anyone post one here?

This pack contains Blue, Red, White, Black (not that effective) and Yellow lights.

Also, take a look at Tobyfat50's maps, he has also added light models, especially in Insomnia State.

Correct me if I misunderstood.
