Judging:
When judging the submissions, make your vote based on all of their accepted userbars, not just the ones you like the most. Contestants can not vote for their own submission (They can simply choose not to vote, however)!

70% of the judging is made by the public poll, the other 30% is by my vote, which will be revealed at the end of the poll.

I vote for Herio-san, as his userbars are clean, easy on the eyes and well-animated. Dark.Revenant's userbars run a somewhat close second.

Sorry about that, I left for China the day the poll closed. I had beleived I would be able to finish it, but last minute changes to our plans ruined that. In any case, I've undeleted my vote message from this internet cafe in China. Now if only I could remember how to change the language on windows...
