This is a cooperative arena genre where you will fight enemy small groups.

The small groups contain endured enemies that are use skills. Some units require specific hero or tactic.



- The hard system allows to split magical and physical damage:

- Spell damage can be divided on FIRE, FROST, NATURE, SHADOW, ARCANE, HOLY elements without using damage types.

- Damage can be detected as PERIOD, MASSIVE.

- All heroes are heavily triggered. They use specific magic or abilities that deals damage of specific element (or physic damage)

- Some units are able to deal elemental damage with attacks that ignore armor value of the attacked unit.


- Write in this thread some ideas about heroes that can be implemented in this project (or you can give me a link where this stuff is discussed). Remember the system supports elemental damage so there are a lot of opportunities.
- You can also test existing heroes and write suggestions about them too.

A warrior which can joggle between attack and defense types:
-say you activate a spell and each shot deals a different type of damage for an amount of hits or seconds. Same for the defense ability; every hit from the enemy is defended according to the armour type at the moment;
-a spell like chain lightning or an AoE type to hit each target with a different attack type :D;
-an ability to change damage and or armour type of enemies.

EDIT:
-combo spells; ice (freeze; slow/unable to move+shock damage+over time or not)->fire (boiling effect; damage over time+attack miss chance)->gas/arcane/shadow (high shock damage+stun or slow movement+/-attack).

Elementalist: Multiple forms, each with their own spells (either elemental-enhanced versions of the same spell, e.g. Firebolt/Frost Bolt/Hurl Boulder etc. or unique spells for each form).

Hunter: Specializes in one creep family (Centaur, Murloc, Spider, etc.) and does additional damage (or other effect) to all units of that family. Can reset specialization at the beginning of a wave. Other skills include luring creeps to specific locations or digging pit traps.

Metasmith: Improves weapons and armor of allies, giving them elemental boosts or resistance, and weakening the resistance of enemies.
