Icon Problem {my icon is showing a green box}

Hi,

I downloaded an icon from this site, tried to see if I could find it again now, but no luck. Anyway, it was a hold ground icon that I used for an item called Two Swords. It looks fine on your hero, but if you select another players hero, where icons are usually a bit greyed out, it only shows as a green square. Any ideas?

there's missing the diabaled icon or it is named wrong.
if you want to add an icon to your map, there must be at least 2 icons, one active and one disabled_active. the pathes of the files are also desribed (at least when downloading form the hive).
