I need help with one important thing (stop town hall and peasants from spawning)

i have problem, i cant make that RPG if there is a main building where i can make peasants come. i dont want to create downhalls. no need of them. how can i make that downhalls aren't appearing to map?

Delete map initilzation trigger.
