I need help on slighly complex spells

Ok so im making a ability for my hero that is going to be the same as "web" but is a hero ability and i dont know how to set up the triggers. Any help will be apreciated

1) Create a custom spell based off Web.
2) Change the fiels "Stats - Hero Ability" to true.

Ok, i need help on another ability, it is called Torment, its a ability that stuns the target and does damage while under the effect, this needs to have a hero and a normal spell type. Edit: Changed the title to fit the spells.

Entangling roots as base spell. Take a look at all the default abilities before requesting - many seem to be complex but turn out to be simple.
