i need a little help on how to create a trigger function GUI please if you can

I need help on a duel trigger, i want to make it so that every 6 minutes all units will pause (already did that) and then 2 dialog buttons will show up asking whether you want a single duel or a team duel and i need help with the function to make it if u choose single to randomly pick 1 person from each team, and i want it so the team duel will do the same thing but with the whole team, like on third shinobi wars if u have ever played that this would really help on my map.

Notes. This will not work with computer players properly, as they don't get selected by the pick allies of function. Should work with user players though.
