I need a bit of help with a spell that I am trying to make

    I am not that good at editor and I am trying to make a meteor spell based on Inferno, the problem is that I can't make Inferno summon no units.
    Please help me, I am open minded but sadly I am really bad at triggers.

    thanks, but this will remove any other inernals made by normal inferno won't it?

    Yup. To fix that, you can change the unit spawned by the spell to some random unit you made for this purpose, then change the trigger condition to reference that unit type instead.

    You could also make a different unit spawn instead of the infernal, and reduce its duration.
    Personally, I like making a unit that looks like the fire doodad, and giving it the Permanent Immolation with Locust abilities with zero pathing.
    This makes it more like a flaming crater for the effect.

    Use a missile system for the effect, should be pretty easy

    I have already done it :) it needs a bit of time to spawn the unit, until it is not summoned the meteor will deal no dmg.

    There's a (rare) bug that can occur with regular waits: they count time even during lag or the game being paused. Game time waits work better.

    i would also recommend to go with the solution @Wark provided. it requires less triggering and is less prone to bugging. Just make sure the Data - duration is slighly longer than the Data - impact delay.
