Trial and error.
Thats how I learned GUI.

When you get to jass though, things are different and you need to know what you are doing.

Instead of asking such simple and easy questions, play around a bit in the editor since that way you can often save yourself embarrising moments.

the agility is found under "hero -" and not "unit -". I think you may have to convert real to integer to find dat or the other way around, im not so sure. Try them both and use whichever gives you the agility value.

People, tho i learned gui the same way...you wouldnt want people to learn entirely out of experience now, would you? imagine kids trying drugs bcuz ppol say: "well experiment for urself!". Tho i do support experimentation in GUI, please be a teeny-weeny-bit nicer....

I could do this before I even found this comunity.
And experimenting with drugs is not the same as experimenting with GUI.

You do not experimen with drugs because you know they are dangerous.
You do experimen with GUI and JASS because you know they are programing languages.
Also the function that returns hero stats gives them in INTEGER form so if you are using a real in GUI you need to convert a integer to real, if your using jass no such step is required.
