How to do so that there is no race choice as on some maps?

How make on my map block choosing race? I want to human will be can't be changed. How make blocked team 2 computer players to can't be deleted? Sorry my english is bad.

Assuming English locale of World Editor...

Scenario -> Force Properties...
Enable Use Custom Forces and then enable Fixed Player Settings.

This will prevent players from choosing their race in the game lobby, locking it to whatever you have choosen for the player in the Players tab of the same window in World Editor.
