How Much Caffeine Do You Consume Each Day?

Based on this chart or the nutrition information on the back of any energy drinks you may consume, approximately how many milligrams of caffeine do you consume a day?

I'd put myself around 500.

EDIT: If you don't want to screw around with the chart, just list how many cups or cans of what you typically drink. FYI a 16 oz coffee is somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 mg, to make things simple.

I don't carry any scale with me to measure the milligram amount, but I can say that 2 cups or glasses (if I drink it cold) are enough for me.

(By the way, doesn't this thread incline everyone to drink caffeine, because it takes for granted that we drink coffee?
Oh, in that case people will reply: "0 milligrams")

My caffine comes from teas that are not listed on there. Judging from the teas that are listed, however, I'd guess a bit less than 90 MG/day.

I thought that was just a sterotype i never knew it was true :O, but as for me... none, sometimes ill drink a pepsi or coke ^^

My caffeine intake fluctuates based on what types of sodas I have, in that manner I don't consistently drink enough caffeine to really say I have an average daily intake, occasionally a soda or two a day (never energy drinks, they taste horrible and are like straight-lining mountain dew), neither do I drink Coffee daily so I'd say averaged my intake per day is either 0 or close to zero.

I used to be like that. The real only cure is just going cold-turkey. (Hypnosis helped, too.)

I rarely drink coffee, but I'm addicted to tea. According to that chart, I consume about 130-265 (or more) mg of caffeine a day (depending on the type of tea).

Then at the weekends another one in night hours + energy drinks

My intake pretty much fluctuates, but whenever I have some pocket change, I'll go and get a few of those big bottle cans've Monster or Jolt.

Oddly enough, it STOPS my heart pains and occasional irregular beats.
