How many item abilities can you add to a unit

But I mean hell, its totally understandable while 50 abilities are to much. On map init wc3 checks every units for the spells and preloads them, while one unit having 50 means it must 'preload' all at once, while with 5 and 10 dummies, it will load other data between which will decrease the lagg / spike (minimalistic, I know).
