hmmm ive come very far!! Before i came to this site i didnt know anything about skins or models. I didnt know how to use some triggers in world editor, didnt know how to terrain well, and didnt know how to import things into a map. I didnt know how to skin or model or anything that changes any of the warcraft art. After seeing this site ive learned how to do all of that and my art skills on the computer got a lot better. I can now make a map from scratch, a trigger enhanced spell, a skin with alphing, decent models, sigs/avatars, and animated gifs/sigs/avatars. I learned a lot from this site, and met a lot of cool people!!!

heh. i forgot - i learned that people are COOL!!! so PARTY ON!!!!
lol. no, i learned how to do some nice terraining (both making and editing), and only submit art that takes time, technique, and steady hands.

Before I came to this site I knew next to nothing about custom skins and models. Now I kinda/sorta know how to skin , but I'm to busy with school to do anything good.

well draw in your class. its called omni-listening. where you draw when he says useless junk, and listen when he says things to remember. then at school you study some and draw. maybe, one day, if you live longe enough, you will be better than wormskul. and nowhere in the world there is communist countries, and russia is a horrible place to go to. now i dont see how drawing and communist is linked together, go draw, while you have the time instead of throwing your eyes on your screen waiting for your next lunch

oh please, one year ago i didnt even know there was much thing as a shoulder muscle. i am throughly drawing during all my classes, especially the art class (duh). but i curse that damn computer, i loose two hours per day where i could draw instead, like masters would do

um, actually we were talking about anarchy, but i dont expect you to know what that is if a year ago you didnt know about shoulder muscles. i know basic world history, philosiphy, and thorogh anatomy. thats why im a good fighter! and i actually go to a school where they make you work, and you have assignments, and you have to figure out what your teacher wants.

I haven't learned much more than i knew before i got to this site, i learned about custom models when i found Wc3campaigns, (when i "worked" 2 weeks at Volvo :roll: ) i moved over here when they moved their download section, i'm still sucky on terrain and art, (a belgian should've done that for my RPG but he only plays all the time...) but i got to know other people, and i have improved my english a bit (i hope).

@illadon - yea, but minis arnt toy cars (hence the name toyota ^^) and they get mad crazy gas mileage. im going to buy a used one once i get my license.

oh come on, stop cybering...
here its not the perfect place to learn, its more like a download center. there isnt much downloads aimed to increase the quality of submissions ( of course theres that awesome icon tutorial ), but we dont give a lot of methodic tutorials.

My arm-pits kindda smell more often since I joined... and I've not really "learned" anything in particular, but I've done some intensive studying on other people's map triggers, mainly to enhance my own durabillity with triggers, and seen how spells I've created one time myself, could be done aswell... Oh yeah! That I talk too much! people been saying that alot lately :roll:

I've learned... uhhhh... well, I suppose this site hasn't really taught me anything, or made any of my skills better. Unless you count importing models/skins/etc. as something you learn, but that's just basic stuff you need to know if your going to be here. But, hey, I never used this site to LEARN anything, I just find it fun to be on, and it has models/skins/maps/spells and all that, besides.

I didn't know about modles,skins or how to do cinimatics until I came here! and I also learned that Not many people download my maps because I dont know how to make screenshots to put in the little box to show what you map is like!
