[Trigger] How do you make this trigger?

On some cinematic (sometimes games the screen flashes green blue and red (or sumthing).... anyone know how to make dat trigger?

That's called filters.
Try the action Cinematic - Fade Filter.
If you choose white mask (it's default), you can make it any color you want. Fade out is to make this filter appear, and fade in is to make it disappear.

If you use Advanced Filters (action below that one above), you can use Modulated Blend that makes a nice effect... Try it xD
