convert .blp files to .mdl files?

Impossible! .blp are basically images like .jpeg, .tga etc except its designed for Blizzard. .mdl files are more advanced - they are like .mdx (models) you cannot convert .blp to .mdl or .mdx. Images cannot become models!

but i downloaded a console skin and the time indicator thing is in .blp format and the console cant be completed without that
