Advanced ---> Gameplay Constants ---> Hero max level (put the number you like , max is 1000 I think?)

Nope, I have seen maps where you can get further than 10,000!

Shift+Click can bring it ridiculously high.

It crashes around 10^7 or 10^8 when you start your map, though
