How do I remove the alpha channel on my skins with photoshop

I did an edit of a skin in photoshop. After saving the file I noticed it makes the shoulder armor where the user color would be is white. I believe this is due to the alpha channel. How do I fix this so it shows my editing instead of the user color? Thank you for your time.
