How do I lock a player position

I would love to learn how to turn off the possibility of migrating into pre-created group (before the actual play)

well, when you host a game, players join it and occupy a certain spot. I wish to reserve some of those for a computer.

You can do that through Scenario / Player properties. Then change the controller to computer.

It's under the tab where you select the players, Player Properties, just make them Computer. Then under the Forces tab, at the top there is a box "Fix Player Settings", which you can tick, that should do it.

I already tried that and I still happen to have the same problem
