How create a quest for rpg?

Hello all, can you help me?

How create a quest looking :
kill 10 wolf
kill 1 wolf boss

And :
give 1 herbs of outland to medic

Can you help me please?

Just add another variable for the wolf.

And for the medic, for every herb she recieves (the trigger would be something outlined like this: If the hero has an herb, it will be removed instead of transfered to the medic,) add a counter. Then complete the quest.
