How can I submitt my map to site?

Please, how can I do this, I don't want to protect it because I want others to learn from my triggers, so instead, I'm willing to send it to this site. How can I do this?

You mean submit it like a normal map? Use the add/update resources link at the top right corner. Depending what resolution you run at, the link may be slightly overlapped by some of the other links.
