With WE Unlimited (download in tool section) it should have extra/hidden models in the model category in object manager.

I don't have mac so I don't know really.
Maybe you can figure them out by yourself or go to wc3campaigns to see the list of them.

The custom editors are cool but there can be problems when Blizz patches the load ie maps not loading.

That must mean the map has some sort of protection or you are not using the latest patch for WC3.
