Over the past few years I have discovered from various maps I've played on and a also some time messing around with the Warcraft 3 editor that there are many hidden and unusual things throughout the Warcraft 3 editor. I've decided to list a few of these things here seeing as they might prove useful of interesting to noobie mapmakers out there (like me).

1)Tree Bridge:(took me awhile to figure this one out)
If you go under Doodads> Bridges and Ramps, on most tilesets you will find a Tree Bridge, in vertical and horizontal. When you place them though they look nothing like bridges, just tall, somewhat dead trees. However, select the tree bridge and press enter. Set the life stat to zero and the tree falls down to make a log bridge! Handy if you want to make a trigger to make the tree fall down across a river once a unit completes an area!!!

2) Freaky Sammy Kobold:(Something wierd I found when I tried to create a kobold builder)
Make a custom unit, basing it off of the peon unit. Once done, go under Art>Model File and select Kobold Tunneler. The ending result is a kobold with Sammy, Blizzard's Artist's, head!!. . .wierd huh?

3) Orc Spells:(Cool little things)
Try this: Have a grunt with a channeling ability (i.e. Blizzard etc. . .) make sure he has mana, and go try casting it. When cast he gives a kinda "roar" over and over. (It looks pretty good)
Give an Orc Warlock a summoning spell (i.e. Spirit wolf etc. . .) When he casts it, a little puff of purple cloud appears over his head and he glows bright neon purple!!!

Well, that's all for now, I hope that helped, and yes, i know, it wasn't much but hey. . .
