I am not sure who adjusted NC/pbm's reputation to reflect his past behavior: it wasn't me though.

It only seems fair to transfer rep from the previous account to the new account, you can't just escape your faults so easily.

Considering making another or using another account after your original was banned, you should have been banned again, permanently.

if everyone changed accounts when they were banned or their gem turned red, it's not really a punishment. you are terribly lucky that you escaped a rebanning, nonetheless the horrendous amounts of neg rep you acquired on your last account and some of what you did on this account.
