Looks messy and sketchy, the colors mix in with each other! The Far Seer's shirt doesn't look good, neither does the shield.
But overall it's pretty good, 3/5 nice job.
P.S. very good for a beginner.

Ok, first of all, learn to freehand before you try to learn texturing. We do not accept recolour (or CnP, or filter) work. This is a recolour (look at the comparison below). As such, it will be rejected. I also suggest you have a look in our 2D art tutorial section for help on how to freehand. The next time you make a skin, post it in the Texturing & Surfacing forum and get some feedback from there. Do not submit it as a resource unless given the green light by a skin moderator. Thanks for understanding.
