This is a recolour. Recolours are against the rules. Also, the chosen colours are terrible and iregular.

No recolor aren't against the rules as long as 75% of the skin is free hand which this is not.

Actually it does break the rules. Because 100% of the skin that is modified is a recolour. And only the sword is used in the wrap, anyways.
