I asked around for editing a model,not to make one,links dont work and stuff.I have a model clue,i just want to change it,not making one out of zero,maybe someone can make this for me but i appreciate working links and stuff

none of that programs are able to do that.

Check the Modeling / MDX, MDL tools. I'm sure those are what you need.

Be warned, though. Before editing a model be sure to ask for the author's permission, especially if you're going to use it on your map. If you submit it at the Hive, do mention that the original author allowed you to make your version of his work.
