"NAME" is the name of the texture. So after you have imported it, just put Textures\RTES\<NAME OF THE TEXTURE>.blp.
So, for example, if you are importing something called TreeTexture3.blp (this is just made-up), then you would set its path in the import manager to:
Textures\RTES\TreeTexture3.blp
Note that this doesn't apply for all imported textures, just the ones in Born2Modificate's high-res pack.
Just take a look at his sample map (check wc3c.net), it has them all imported already. All you need to do is use the same paths that he did in the map.
