I downloaded 100000 new skills here: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/spells.php?of=downloads&r=20.
But i don't know how to use them

What should we do? With given information you can't be helped very well.
Approved spells usually have import instructions. Follow them, then it should work just fine.

If you literally downloaded that many this is gunna take a while... Anyway, the basic instruction is:

1: Download map
2: Open map
3: Copy triggers (usually a folder) into new map (make sure that you're editor will automatically create un-known variables)
4: Copy object data (dummies, abilities etc)
5: Vwala!!!
