Help with "Building is Constructed" trigger

Hopefully this is a simple question, I am not sure which boolean to use

I would like to create a trigger that says something along the lines of:

Event-
A building is constructed
Condition
If building = (X), then do...

What do you want the trigger to do generally? Would help to know.

Conditions
(Unit-type of (Constructed structure)) Equal to (==) Town Hall
