Help i cant get this to stay inside the water

no matter what item/unit/doodad i use this model stays always on top of the water and not inside it can some one make a tut for me so i can edit the model so it stays inside the water? i already have permission to edit the model

and yes i tried messing with the art height and pathing height both dont work
