Good day, i'm having troubles about animation speed, when you decrease the scaling value of a unit the animation seems to be too fast. Is there a way to set the correct speed according to the size of the unit? kindly give some possible solutions.

Actually, LordDz is probably right. Raising the run and walk speeds will slow the speed of the walk animation like in this map I've attached. The only change the bottom Mountain King has compared to the center one is that its run and walk speeds are 200 higher. Since decreasing the scaling value only affects that value in terms of animation speeds, raising the run and walk speeds should be the fix to your problem.

So you mean to say that if i decrease the size of the unit, i should decrease the run/walk speed also?

I never knew size affected Run/Walk Speed.

On second thought if you view it without knowing it might indeed seem changed because of the motion.

yeah it doesn't really affect the value of the Run/Walk Speed but the motion of the unit when you decrease/increase the scaling value.

That would be advisable, else it'll look like he's a giant making baby steps.

Yeah that's the main issue, if you decrease a unit size that has the run/walk speed of 200 or more the animation get's a little funky it looks like the unit had overdosed on Steroids.
