An archer? No...I know there's a sword Jaina either on this site or samods.org...
Actually you can make that without touching an .mdl
Make an archer skin, alpha out the bow and add in a sword attachment using triggers. Only prob is there wont be any sword swinging animations or anything....
Well theres your problem. The animation.
Also im very new to skinning and im not very farmiliar with it. I would model the archer my self but Gmax is so slow on the confrimation code i havent recived it yet.
I don't think you'll find a converter that does that. I heard you need something like DeX Script or a converter than converts models to another supported image format by gmax.
As of now there is no way to import MDX files into gmax without losing their skin(s) and animations. You can use KMK's Importer/Exporter Script, but, as I said, it does not allow for you to import with skins or animations, so it probably wont help you. If you want to learn how to animate with gmax try reading this tutorial.
By the way, Sopho did not create those models. They are just reskins of blizzard's models.
